Broken Humanity?

So I'm not sure if anybody else has this problem but my humanity will not go above 150. I have the Hero Skin and have for almost two months now. But if I turn on my Debug Monitor to check my humanity it states that I have only 150. If I give a blood transfusion it stays at 150, if I kill some one it stays at, you guessed it 150. So if anybody know's a fix to this it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I know the hero skin makes the debug monitor show your kills/murders/humanity as reset to zero, when logging in. However it should slowly rise, while playing or increase with 250 giving bloodbags. If you want to check what your character's actual humanity score is, you have to log in, whiling wearing ghillie suit, camo clothing or the female skin.

The debug UI is really buggy, I got the hero skin at 0 humanity according to the debug monitor, so I think the debug needs to be debugged it's self.
