How do I re-initialize BEC?

It seems after awhile BEC stops running, doesn't accept any commands in Global. ie !say testing 123 or even !kpl asshat. I've search everywhere and I can't seem to find how to restart BEC. I'm logged into RCON and as an admin in the game lobby. Sorry if this is a dumb question but could somebody help me out.

Restart the BEC window, you know the one with the (probably) red text, the icon is a kind of cog thing.

I got it working, but my server is managed and BEC is running locally to the server so I don't have any kind of GUI for it. That I can find in TCadmin anyway.

Yea I did, they weren't of much help unfortunately and just suggested restarting the server when it happens. Its been running hitch free the past few days so hopefully it was just a couple isolated incidents.
