Tents on Lingor Island

Ok i have found a tent on lingor in the supermarket, how do you pitch a tent on this map? I find a flat area clear of trees and it will not pitch? Is there a cetain terrain it must be pitched on? I have been trying to pitch it in clearings in the forest, nothing even close just grass and its flat but it still wont pitch? Am i doing something wrong? Any one have any ideas or suggestions?

If it's the same as Chernarus, just keep spamming the button while moving around, eventually it will pitch. The ground doesn't actually need to be flat or away from objects despite what it tells you.

You pitch it the same way you do on Chernarus, just find a good place to put it then spam the pitch tent button. :)

Ive pitched plenty of tents on Cherno without a problem, this seems different, even in the middle of a level grass field it wont pitch. Been trying to pitch this thing for 3 hours now ive switched servers and restarted as well.

Yea sometimes the tents are very weird and don't want to be pitched, but its good to hear to got it to work. :)
