Just got the game and....

I went onto a server, a hacker was on it teleporting people above the ocean killing them. I didn't know what was going on tell a message popped up saying "Global ban 3065" WTF is this and how do i fix it?!

Just looked up what the error means. I haven't downloaded any fake hacks. The only thing...is it possible that a hacker put it in a video link making it look like a website link, when in reality it was a download? Because on one video i found i was watching ***ing(like people spawning jets and such), and the guy said "want to see more?" then had a link, i click on it and something downloaded, i ended the download though, and nothing looked like it was downloaded
