After camping the hospital in Elecktro watching people pass by and messing with them in direct communication i decide its time to log off.

But you see, i've got a problem. I've got this frag grenade i've been itching to use. So i decide to throw it into the air, and see what kinda explosion it makes.

I throw it and watch it explode, then open up the main menu to log out. Right as i do that a sniper bullet whizzes by me (must be a terrible shot, i was standing up) but my finger is already on the mouse and i log out.

Oops. I think i just combat logged. That sniper must be so pissed xD.

I usually kill a few zombies before I log off just for the fun of it and one time I did the exact same thing. Shot some zombies in a tiny town I thought no one else was near and right when my cursor is on abort I hear a bullet land right next to my character. I am sure he thought that was one of the quickest alt F4's he had ever seen.

Then there was the few times I did it as a newb, still feel bad about it.

I was messing with a squad member, pointing my gun at him and lower it. He said if I pointed that god damn gun at him once more he'd consider me hostile. I lol'd and quick fired at his head. He starts shooting I start laughing until he nails me. I go to shot back my mouse hand smacks my power at and blam! Took me a second to figure wtf just happened. He swears I alt F4 and refuses to believe me. I bled to death upon relog lmao.

I think you're morally in the clear, you were logging out anyway. It would be different if you attacked someone, then logged out before they had a chance to defend themselves.

Same thing happened to me once, I had just raided the North East Airfield, scored myself an AKM. I then decided to head for the treeline and log out. Just as I went prone, opened up the menu and put my cursor over the log out button, I heard a gun go off very close by (most likely directed at me). But I still logged. I figured I was already logging out anyway. Doesn't make you and Alt + F4er in my book.

I just break my keyboard in rage......

although soon as i know there is a hacker in game i will abort the fuck out.
