Any-other ways i can make DayZ smother?

Hey guys >!<

My laptop recently broke and i'm playing on my sisters computer which is a really bad computer in my POV...

But i was wondering if there are anyways i can make DayZ run smother than it is now

"Increase my FPS" OK so I've got the setting as low as they can go and I've done some things on the videos I've seen on YouTube but i still need to get it better any ideas? other than buying a new computer xD

U'll have my beans even if it does not help xD

You pretty much did what i would've done. All setings to low and research other ways ie google or youtube.

if its a really bad computer i doubt you will get it smoother than it is now. i cant imagine a laptop ran it very smooth either. you could try running Gamebooster 3 to free up some ram and cpu from irrelevant processes you dont need when gaming, game booster tells me it gives me a 40% boost in performance.
