Name flashes red while stuck at loading..?

Hi, I tried the search function but to no avail. It is my private server and did work, but now it shows the server (all 65 ping), all versions are correct, BE is all good...but still stuck at 'wait for host'...am I missing something? My name flashes red and white in the top right corner,,,,? HELP?

i can join other servers no problem, but it is ours....weird?

Ive had this happen for out dated beta on my PC relative to the server? BUt if its all fully updated, i dunno.
