Not sure if this has been posted before, so feel free to delete if it already has.

Good page for tips and tweaks to improve perfomance, really helped me as I have 2 machines that are running dayz, the other machine is only a amd2500 + nvidia 8600gt which is somewhat below specs and it made quite a considerable difference mucking around with some of these settings.
