BSFTactical False Ban

Recommended Posts

Ok so I have been playing DayZ for a long time now. I have played with many of my friends and we always survive for long periods of times 5-6days if we dont leave each other out in the open. So after my 1-2month time of playing DayZ I took a massive 3week break from it and my friends ask me to come on DayZ to play, so then I try to get on a server and it kicks me off saying "Banned Cheating / Hacking" and I was like what the hell I have no reason to hack and I would never hack since I do not know how to.

So I was really angry and I dont know what server I was banned from if anyone can find that out? Also I'm not sure if im globally banned I attempted to contact Battleye but I dont know their email and I looked on the website and could not find it. I wish to be unbanned to start having great adventures on the game again.

If you are only banned from a single server and don't know what server that is, does it even matter?

Well I can only play a server on one server on DayZ commander. none else

You're doing it wrong, reset ALL the DayZcommander filters and settings then update both DayZ and Arma II using DayZcommander.

How would one do that? The thing is it says im banned from everyone except that one.

Also I dont see how this would make me unbanned from all the others when it says Im admin banned.

Can you take a screenshot of the ban message as "Banned Cheating / Hacking" doesn't sound like a global ban message or the CBL ban message, it just sounds like a local server ban.

CBL bans look like "BattlEye: Admin Ban (W 759383b9)"

Global Bans look like "Battleye: Global Ban #ID"

I replied to your thread. You used the "Submit a Ban" template for Admins, that's why there are some texts in it, that don't make sense for an appeal. I will explain them a bit:

GUID: That's your unique ID used by BattlEye. It is generated by the CD-Key and bans are issued on a certain GUID (not IP or something like that).

Log excerpts: Totally not needed for an appeal. The tempalte you used to psot the issue over at CBL was the "Submit a Ban" one. Admins usually post the required log excerp in this category. The evidence of someone cheating so to say.

Anyways, just post your GUID int he appeal. Unfortunatly the "owner" of CBL is in the hospital since a while and he'S the omnly one with fulla ccess to the database. Until he'S back, no one can add new bans or remove old ones from the CBL. That'S also the reason there are already nearly 1.500 issues in the waiting line.
