Admin abusing rights.

So, I spawn in Elektro with a coyote bag-pack. (I was kill and teleported to the wilderness and respawn in eletro at next log in, in this server, but somehow kept my bag without all the other items. Probably a glitch. I don't know). I try to fine stuff in electro and start again. No big deal. This game is in alpha and is a mod. Understandable. In Elektro, i make contact with SB ' jesse, after helping he and his friend escape from zombies, they kill me. No big deal, lets start again.

I know they are in elekto. Luckly, I spawn in Elektro. I go to the sniper hill to see them. I see two guys running to the north. I follow them, is SB ` Chaostitan and SB ` Jesse. They recognize me and start making fun of me because they stole my bagpack. Fine. Whatever. I ask them, "cant we just get along?". They start insulting me, calling me "fucktard" so I respond "It doesn't matter. I can get more stuff from your camping tents." they stay quiet. I insist, cant we just get along? my words exactly.

I never hack, insult, just responded to their insult in a provocative way. They kill me. I log out and log back in. Then,

BAN: Admin Ban.

I just don't want a bad record attach to my CD key or whatever they use to ban. SB ` ChaosTitan is the admin. He clearly abuse his rights. It is fine to kill other players is part of the game. I'm not complaining about his insults is the internet. But it sucks that I get ban without a reason. I hope this issues are solved with the standalone.

Note: I don't have proof because I don't record my game-play but if I need to show proof they need to show proof that i did something wrong.

As a server administrator I understand how hard it is to protect a server from hackers. As a player I understand your point of view as it has happened to me before

Its not likely that you would be globally banned if you did nothing wrong or you would be tarnished if it was a server had creditably. Just keep surviving and find another server.

I don't think something will happen without the last piece in the puzzle. Move on and look for another server.

Is this a ban appeal or a server report? Sounds more like a server report and then this would be the wrong subforum for it. I share HeavyBobs opinion as I can udnertsand both, server admins - which I am myself - and players who get cheated on. If this case is true though, I fail to see the reason for the ban. Sounds more like it was related to the "I'Ll loot your camp" part than to the backpack. No way someone can check the logs within seconds to find such an entry.

Looting stuff and getting robbed is part of this games experience. No one should be banned for doing that if it's the only "bad" thing he does (= not hacking). If that admin banned you, he better have a better reason than "OMG he wants to tobb our tents!!11!".
