Kabouterpingu 0 Posted September 24, 2012 Hi, My suggestion:Since the website said: DayZ is set to follow the Minecraft pricing and development model.I wanted to suggest that it would be compatible with mac. There is a lot of interest, just look around and you'll spot several questions about this.I hope I'm not at the wrong forum, because I typed it in already in the search bar .Well I would like to say thanks for reading this. And I really hope it comes out for mac too!(Maybe not on the actual release date...). starwarsfan@gmx.de 450 Posted September 24, 2012 You can simply install Windows on your Mac and there you go. Doesn't it even come with the Bootcamp software already installed?

Lights Out 141 Posted September 24, 2012 Damn apple got you, another one bites the dust. :P As mentioned above, you should be able to boot up in windows, that will be your fix. Enjoy the game.Do yourself a favor and build a PC next time if you plan on gaming, just friendly advice. You'll never look back.

sheriffhd 61 Posted September 25, 2012 I always laugh when Mac users ask for PC games, Its like PS3 players moaning they cant play Halo.If you want to play it, A) piss about with wine and try to get it to work or B) run a virtual machine inside of IOS and play it. Mos1ey 6301 Posted September 25, 2012 The simplest solution would be not to buy shitty Apple products.
sheriffhd 61 Posted September 25, 2012 Well in all fairness, apple products are good, but they are only good for the one thing that they are designed to do, which is creative production, (Photoshop, After effects, Music production) and it works like that out the box so understanding of the product is minimal, which i can see why people would want it.Where as with a PC, you are expected to learn how to use it, before you can get it to work well with everything. but the PC is able to do more due to less limitations set in place by the design and OS. :Dso sorry mac fan boys, But PC is better. terrvik 2409 Posted September 25, 2012 The funny thing is that everyone goes on about apple-fanboyism but I have never met a larger group of elitists than PC-gamers. :)I got a Macbook for free from my school. Socialism can be kinda awesome like that.
