Obsolescence 129 Posted September 22, 2012 Suggestion: Reduce the chance of finding backpacks, food, soda, and all tools/supplies in grocery stores.Expected Outcome: Currently, grocery stores are your one-stop supply locations where you can routinely find almost everything you need to survive in the wilderness (often you'll get an alice pack, map/compass, and 2 of the three necessary hunting gear [matches / knife / hachet]). Fresh spawns typically run straight to the nearest grocery store and are instantly halfway to being fully geared. De-focusing survivors on looting grocery stores will promote more exploration and looting of residential areas currently ignored.Reasoning: Grocery stores, 7/11's, and Wal-Marts would be expected to be the first place most people would try to go in a z-apoc. That means that despite the high chance of loot being there, most of it will have already been picked up. If you either reduce the range of loot that can be found there or if you reduce the chance of all of the loot spawning then players will seek out backpacks and other grocery store loot in residential areas.

You have to be very lucky to find it all. Often we cand find pack, PM, map and some food inside. Also some matches.
