How to remove blur effects

When you have Postprocess Effects on, is there a way to turn off all blury effects and still keep the rest of effects it gives?

I am pretty sure they are tied into each other. I turned it off and never noticed any change besides it removed the blur.

You could try the Support side of the forums tho.
