A server without battleye, can i use hacks on it without getting banned?

My friend made a dayz server without battleye with a goal for a cheating type sandbox mode dayz server. I want to know if i go on there with the scripts will i get globally banned?

Maybe i was bit harsh. No you wont get banned but its not the way the game should be played. I guess its okay as long as u dont use it on other people :)

On a serious note, if battle eye isn't there to catch you, you can not get in trouble on -that- server. However bringing them over or doing it else where ... Pardon my words...but die in a fire.
