Typing in chat

hey everyone,

i'm kinda new here yet and i cant figure out how to type in chat! i press the "/" button but i get only green commands!

can anyone please explain me how to do it?

when you have pressed "/" use the up and down arrows to change, Direct is for people near you and (some servers use) Side chat that's a globally used channel.

you can use " , " and " . " to change it aswell :P

Or change the keys by yourself by taking time to check out the controls..

yeah that part i know but the "bar" when i can type doesnt appear:S

Try pressing § (the key under ESC) or - (dash, next to right shift).

Go to Options then controls -Bind the Chat key to whatever you want. done
