Solution to humanity problem

Hey I was reading a couple threads on people who thought Humanity should be removed so i came up with my own idea and figured instead of removing it we should just improve on the concept and change it around a little. First we need to make clear distinctions on the problem we need to get rid of the concept of bandits altogether and put in Kills and Murders if you murder someone your just a Murderer nothing else. The way i think to stop people from randomly killing and promote group survival is to let people create in game shops sort of like a small hut or stand and sell loot with an in game currency if you have a reputation for killing other players randomly you will suffer reputation points and the merchant will refuse to sell stuff to you and other players will Hunt you down. Second we should put in a faction concept so players can start their own faction it will display this on chat and it will allow players to group together easier and Allow less Lone wolf style playing.
