So I stayed cold too long and got an infection. I can find online that once you bleed down to 6000 blood you stop bleeding but continue coughing. Until I can (hopefully) find some antibiotics, what happens now? If I bleed down to 6000, stop bleeding, then either eat or get a transfusion to gain blood, what happens then? Do I start bleeding all over?

Normally you will continue bleeding if you gain blood above 6k. Seldom shall it randomly stop, but it can happen.
