Recently I have been watching a few videos of people playing DayZ, but every once in awhile I notice on they're HUD there is this icon. I've been playing DayZ for several months now but have no clue what this icon is. I was wondering what it means? Sorry If this is a nooby question...

I liked it when this face was around.. Maybe 2-3 months ago it was removed?
