m.w. vindicator 880 Posted September 17, 2012 If the player is dehydrated, starving, or low on health/blood that player could have hallucinations and see mirages. Things like a cow in the distance that would disappear when approached. Possibly the player could see hospitals or other structures. A player might see a vehicle or aircraft that doesn't exist. In the most extreme forms the player could see zombies and ghost players fade in and out of existence. Or maybe terrifying monsters that don't exist like Slender man or Bloodsuckers. This would add horror to the game and generally make it more threatening. Lights Out 141 Posted September 17, 2012 (edited) It's been suggested.http://dayzmod.com/f...ving-delusions/I still like it in theory. Concept is very fun and could really suck you into the game.Hallucinations have to be very slight though. Seeing a huge building in a game will become too obvious that it isn't real once one is familiar with the map.-Something slight like seeing players/zombies/animals in the distance/peripheral.-Hearing footsteps/gunshots in the distance/zombie groans.Stuff like this could work. Would definitely have to be tested and played around with. Edited September 17, 2012 by Lights Out
