Private server question?

Ok, so i bought a private server through hfbservers.com and i have a few questions. I read over the server hosting rules and not sure what applies to my server as it is private and locked at all times. Do i still have to apply for an instance ID? If so what can i name my server to while im waiting for the ID? I noticed it said no servers are aloud to be locked, but im guessing that the rules are a little old and have not been updated, considering hosting companies are now renting out private servers and i see many of them. It also does not have the standard hive, its running on a HFB shared hive, which i believe means that only hfb servers share that hive. My main thing is if i have to apply for a instance ID still, or can i just name my server to whatever without the instance ID since it is private. Thanks for your help in advance :)

Sorry I thought that was the right section :) anyone know if i still need a instance ID?
