Buying a server?

Hi so i'll make this short. My clan wanna buy a 40 slot server on vilayer, but we dont know if it will have cars activated? Will every server have that? Can you activate it when you buy it? This might be the wrong forum, but couldn't find a closer one. Dont wanna post on Vilayer.

im not sure about this but i guess you get to chose what you want on the server, Map way points, Vehicles, weapon spawns and such :)

You should buy a package server, they allow you to set the number of vehicles which spawn. As far as normal DayZ, yes, the instance id ranges being used have vehicles.
