Question - Russian part of the forum

So, I've always wondered why there is a russian part of the forums.

Is it because that alot of russians play the game but their english aren't that good?

Or is it because we play in Chernarus and the theme is russian?'

Might be stupid questions, but I just want an answer :D

A large proportion of the playerbase speaks russian, so we have russian forums.

Same with english.
