Skat3rat 1633 Posted September 15, 2012 (edited) So on it seems that some DayZ servers are running Arma version, 96896. On the DayZ commander though in the Arma upate section, it doesn't give me the option to upgarde to that version. Because of this I'm not able to get on my home server. Does anyone know why? nathan17890 1 Posted September 15, 2012 (edited) Can't you just select the version you want in the drop down menu in the arma II section?I belive you need the beta? I think. Edited September 15, 2012 by nathan17890
terex 322 Posted September 15, 2012 Just download the latest one off the Arma 2 beta patch site. Patching through commander never successfully works for me anyways, at least for the beta patches.
Dunkaroos 12 Posted September 15, 2012 You should be able to play on servers with an old Arma version, it may be grayed out but that just means that the server version is not the same as the client version. Clients cannot join servers with versions newer than what they have.
