Calling out the mods

If you delete a persons post you should advise them it is professionalism and common courtesy .

then you wont have people calling you a bunch of Nazi's like they do

only reason i made this post is because a mod removed some of my posts without telling me becuase he did not agree with my opinion

I directed that we give a lot of leeway with posts and behavior and discussion.

But I also directed that there is no requirement to notify for deleting posts, merging threads, etc... Practically, we just don't have the time.

i understand you as the man rocket himself dont have the time but the mods certainly do its not like they have other dutys besides troll the forums from what i know , or do they if so perhaps we shoudld know so we dont think they just monitor forums ?

If a mod is deleting your posts and you think it is wrong, bring it up like this and we will deal with the issue. But I think I'd prefer the mod's spent their time patrolling, not doing paperwork :)

Opinion? Ban ban ban! Kidding aside, it's good that you bring this up and speak up for yourself. However if you really feel there is a serious issue going on I suggest contacting one of the Forum Admins if it gets out of hand. Wouldn't want another post to dissappear, would you? :V

fackstah, I did delete one of your posts. However, I did not delete it because I would disagree with your post content.

The thread in which your post was deleted was a duplicate, and I locked it for that reason. When a thread is locked, the last post should contain link to the other thread, so that whoever reads it can easily be redirected to the right place.

Your post happened to slip in just after I posted the link, a second before I locked it. If I had locked it a second earlier, your couldn't had posted it. All your post contained was "There are no n00b questions", so I went ahead and removed it.
