We will be starting a taxi service throughout dayz.

We will have multiple vehicles on different servers.

We will have many drivers who will have access to private camps for guns, ammo, and vehicle parts.

We will have set prices that will be based on how far the customer has to go. We will accept payment in many ways mostly medical supplies and ammo.

Currently we are accepting drivers but you need to have your own vehicle for now.

When we get larger we can accept drivers without vehicles and get them set up with a vehicle.

We have a teamspeak but will only give it to you when you contact me.

Also when you become a driver, you can give them the teamspeak so you can contact them.

We will have a list of trusted drivers on here once we get larger.

These kind of services are great, but how often do they work? I can see the cab getting lit up by a group of bandits :(

They last a few days normally. Til' someone like me comes across the stash of vehicles and wrecks them all.

Does it matter if I pay with ammo through a barrel as opposed to prefired?

In all seriousness though, this is going to be a very high risk service you're trying to run here. Windows won't exactly protect your drivers from the bullets of a smartass client (who could then take the car and drive himself off to wherever) and with that knowledge floating around you might not get too many people willing to invest their own vehicles in such a way.

We will be running with 2 people in the car at one time so if we are shot at we will fight back. Also we will have many cars across servers so if one is taken we will have more. Also if we are attacked by a customer then they will be added to the blacklist and we wont serve them anymore.

Two people: Good idea.

In the car at the same time: bad idea. It'll take me a lot less time to line up two consecutive headshots through the front window than it will for the second man to react and sight his own weapon. A better option would be to drop the second man off on a hilltop overseeing the pickup and then, if everything goes as planned, to pick him up after the client is inside.

So will you be providing the drivers with their escorts? How many trustworthy men do you have available right now for this job?
