Riverstyx 0 Posted June 13, 2012 I've been strapped for cash lately and haven't been able to shell out for a new desktop, so I'm wondering, will I be able to make do with this old piece of crap? I don't really care if I have to crank it all the way down to low settings so long as I can run it and it doesn't look like a PowerPoint.I meet the minimum requirements for ARMA 2, but not Operation Arrowhead, and I'd like to find out before I shell out for the two games.Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bitProcessor: AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core QL-64 2.1Ghz3GB RAM ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 512MB VRAMAny help would be appreciated! jaymedoppes@gmail.com 0 Posted June 13, 2012 My friend has similar specs (faster processor) and he said that the Arma2 Demo ran horrendously, completely unplayable. I do not recommend playing it with that laptop.

x0pticLukeZz 0 Posted June 13, 2012 look for it on the dropdown on this site and it'll tell you whether your pc matches up to recommended or optimum specs and what needs improvinghttp://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/Mine matches recommended and the Arma II demo didn't run very well at all. DayZ seems to run better though, at least for me
patluk@sasktel.net 1 Posted June 13, 2012 Close but no cigar. You might get it running at painfully low resolutions but it wouldn't be the experience you're looking for.I believe there is an ARMA 2 Free version you can try to see if your laptop can even handle the engine.
