How to get rid of a noob in your clan...

I have a noob in my clan who has no patience or thinking or anything else good... He absolutely NEVER checks cities...Not even very small towns! It's because he's so impatient, running rampant through the city before cornering himself in a building and getting mauled. I told him patience could get him out of there with loot and tons of good stuff but he simply replied "Thinking and planning is for losers, running and winning is for men" Also, I'd like my clan to grow larger (outside of the people I personally know) But he thinks that every single person online is a pedo or a predator waiting to come to my house and kill me!

So, how would one get rid of a member like this?

Take him to a restaurant that's full (so he can't make a scene) then tell him that the beans have spilt and you only want to be friends

If you can't confront him directly with your concerns I would raise a question as to your emotional maturity and your capacity to interact cooperatively with people outside your immediate social group.

Just tell him straight in the face. Beating around the bush might make things worse. Maybe the shock of having to leave will make him rethink his behaviour, or he will hate you and try to hunt you down on the server..if he plays as you say you won't even have to bother about him getting too close to you.

I had a similar issue in our group...some adapted and with some i don't play anymore. It's too dangerous to have a "Rambo" type of player in your group if you want to play serious survival.

I did that he wouldn't budge (Which is how I know that he thinks playing smart is for losers...) And he's really the only person I have trouble cooperating in. I could deal with it if he simply didn't know a lot but as you can see thats not the case...

Tell him that his playstyle is not suited for yours, and if he is not interested in changing his ways, it might be better that you spilt up and dont play together anymore. Or however you would put it. I am sure you can come up with something
