Worst mistake I've made yet: throwing a grenade

There I am, with my newly acquired M9SD and Assault backpack I found in the Elektro fire station. I also found two frag grenades. I'm on the top floor and begin walking downstairs when I see a toweled head with an AK. He starts shooting at me and I manage to get back to the top floor without injury. He is still waiting down there, so I decide to try out my new frag. I get in position, select the frag, and press the left mouse button.

About 10 seconds later the animation to throw the frag grenade is almost complete but not before I get killed by the AK wielding bandit while completely defenseless.

Lesson learned: Never throw frag grenades.

Or if you do wait till they corner themselves in a building, throw it in the door (sometimes it bounces back off the window) and scream "GRENADE!!!" over direct.... run like mad and enjoy the destruction!!

But no they aint the best of weapons and generally i use them to distract players from my actual intentions!

I got a couple, Or atleast did. Good idea for ambushes, But self defense, Not so much. :D

Hello there

Another issue is accuracy, why they never brought over the grenade function from VBS2 is beyond me, 'nades are a pain in Dayz/Arma/IFL.
