Server hosting for Private Hive Server (with password)

I'm looking for renting a server with:

- Unique hive: things done in my server only save there

- Possibilty of adding a password to the server, so only friends can join the game

- Europe location

All hosters I've found only offer public hive, so no password...

I can host a private hive for you, but the prices just for the server is 74 euro. I don't know if you want to pay that much.
