herrjon 478 Posted September 8, 2012 (edited) I was just in Cherno, doing a medical run. I hear gunshots to the west. All I had on me was an axe and a bag full of meds, so I decide to check it out. I first find a fellow medic, in the hero skin. We exchange transfusion, I share a bit of my haul, and we part ways. Then I go to the supermarket for some food, a newbie runs in with zeds in toe. I take care of the zeds, heal him up, and bam, Hero Skin. Looks pretty sweet on me, and now hopefully people will trust me a bit more.#feelsgoodmanQuick question, is there a certain number I have to stay above to keep the hero skin, similar to how bandits can have the bandit skin until +2k humanity, or is it a hard and fast rule of >5k = hero skin, <5k = not-hero skin? And also, if I were to put on a gillie for a bit, such as a NWAF raid, would I have the Hero skin when I change back? noobsmcgee@gmail.com 52 Posted September 8, 2012 exactly, the ghillie suit seems to reset your humanity but only for a bit youll get it back.
schrecksekunde 9 Posted September 8, 2012 i think humanity is a total joke in this game. i am now a bandit because when a guy attacked me with an ak47 i had the chance to blow out his brains with my rotten double barrel and pellets. if he would have had the skill to hit me it would be ok but he missed me, i didnt. so now I am a murderer and he .... well, he is just mr niceguy he was before. it would be a great move to get rid of humanity as it is or to improve it so it also works in situations like mine. not that i dont like my new look (i love it, finally rid of the baseball-fan-look :D ), its only unfair. every bandit can run around with a friend, heal, bandage or give them a quick bloody mary and they are heroes in half an hour. from this point of view i would be more affraid of hero-players than of bandit skin guys....fear the ones looking dangerous but fear the ones seeming harmless even more ;)nevermind, i would shoot them both if coming too close. the bandit for being what he is and the hero for disguising it.
