Problems with Lingor Island

Hi there,

I've tried out playing Lingor Island yesterday and encountered a problem.

First of all: I can play the map and it worked for quite some time. Unfortunately every time I switch the server or re-log my character gets reset. I've tried a couple of servers - every time with the same outcome. I always spawn on the exactly the same location and I'm uncontentious for 2 minutes. In these two minutes I don't hear any sounds at all, nor can I open the menu.

Has anybody encountered the same or a similar problem? Is this a known defect, which can be fixed by a smart guy? ;-)

Lingor Island is not officially supported. It is run on a private hive, so your character will not transfer over.

It's not exactly what he's asking...

Basically, a lot of lingor servers are private, so any progress you make on such a server will be wiped if you leave and go to another one. Search for servers with dayzlingor.tk in the title and those use the official lingor hive. So any ones with that in the title will transfer over.
