Please ersan we need the ability to download and upload the bans.txt file.. mine got reset again after the update, i tried to upload mine via Gotcha (bugged) and it's a mess now. Please add the manual download/upload via UI (if you can't give us the FTP access).

I'd have to agree here. Access and ability to update the bans list would go a long way.

If anyone is interested, here are the fixed vehicle sql's i have made for the Taviana EU version.

All vehicles now spawn, planes spawn in hangers and also tweaked the spawn chance on some of these

I have also added Police cars around the towns, as you would expect to see a few. They are packing a shotgun in the back ;-)

Just import them into the relevant locations

Please note: Your instance_vehicle table will more than likely at present, have quite a few vehicles in it that are not correctly supported, meaning they arnt showing in game, or were only compatible with the .com version

So i would delete all the vehicles from there, import my SQL's into the correct locations and then use your spawn button on your dayz.st control panel.

This will then spawn them for you

Ive emailed Ersan to see if he wants to use this, but in the meantime anyone who is interested here are the files

giving us ftp means downtime like hackers will use ftp to get in and fuck everything up. As for gotcha just use dart it updates it.

Dart doesn't have the ability to export and import the bans, that's why i'm asking ersan to add this feature. It's damn important coz i find my banlist "reset" for no reason (probably due to the map updates) time to time.

I'm all for keeping the community ban lists up-to-date (which is what causes the "reset" from time to time), but access to our personal bans.txt would save a lot of import/export time and some server grief from the "new" skiddies we all have to ban on a daily basis.

Hi,

my server just restarted and now the players are stuck on "waiting for host".

Anyone has had the same problem?

Was a temporary problem with Chernarus servers that restarted in the last hour or so, it's fixed now.

We are a bit behind on e-mails because of the holidays, sorry, we are trying to catch up now.

Ersan, did you find out yet why messages are not working?

There was a patch to bliss that we applied that may have fixed them, see https://github.com/ayan4m1/DayZ-Private/pull/561

I've got a Taviana.EU map up on my DayZ.ST server now.

- =BTC= Lift and Logistic script is installed and working.

- =BTK= Cargo script is installed and working.

The part I am having troubles with is actually adding additional buildings into the Taviana map.

- I've added them to Buildings and Instance_Building but they don't appear in-game.

- I also tried adding them to Deployable and Instance_Deployable but they still don't appear in-game.

Would anybody have any insight as to why the buildings cannot be added through the database?

Nice work with the scripts :thumbsup: do you have to change your .pbo for that to work if so how does that effect everyone joining the server?

Buildings table no longer works with taviana eu version, but i have managed to add them using the deployable and instance deployable tables, if you know how to add them using the building/building instance tables you just do it the same way with the deployable and instance deployable table. I've added quite a few more barracks to the map since there was hardly any before. :)

The Bliss version we are using stops the buildings table from working i believe :(

Not sure i really want to mess about with my pbo files as i'll get no support if i balls it up and i'm sure i can survive without lifting vehicles around the map :lol:

Only problem i've had adding buildings with the deployable table is certain placements the map does not like and it does this,

"MOVED OBJ: "298" of class Land_Mil_Barracks_i to pos: [16573.1,10902,0]"

Which completely throws it miles away from where it should be sometimes ending up in the mountains >:( So i just delete those and try placing one elsewhere until it sits right. You can check your RPT file for instances like i get and i presume it will show you why your buildings are not appearing too? Other than that maybe the buildings you are trying to add are banned or you have the incorrect class name?...Not sure really.

How did you add the script directories and add lines to the init.sqf and description.exe files? Wouldn't you need FTP access to do that? I want to add the lift script to my server.

The directories structure is inside the pbo file, so you need to download it, unpack, add/modify the files, repack the pbo, and upload it again... yes you need some tools to do it.

...whenever i suggest you to do not mess with this files if you really dunno what you're doing (or you risk to have your server down and being forced to "reset" it). As dayz.st says: they doesn't offer support for custom pbo files, if something goes wrong they'll ask you to revert back your server.

I've attached my dayz_mission.pbo with the Lift and Cargo script. It's for TAVIANA.EU and might not work with other maps without editing. Just upload it through your DayZ.ST control panel.

I have added the buildings to both Vehicle/Instance_Vehicle and Deployable/Instance_Deployable and cannot get additional buildings to show in the map. Not sure if it's related to the lift/cargo script or not?

Do you have a screen shot of your mysql tables that you've successfully added buildings to Taviana.EU using the Deployable tables?

Same for Namalsk... Lift scripts ... i did NOT tested it yet .. coz im drunk, but it should works. :D

Neither of those attachments are working.

Either way I followed your directions and Extracted the mission.pbo then added the =BTC=_Logistic folder to the directory, then edited the description and init, then saved them both, then packed the folder back into the PBO and uploaded it to the server and I get stuck on waiting for host :(. I am 99.9% sure I am doing it correctly, so do you have any ideas?

We have Taviana.com version. We do not have rmod enabled, but that should not be causing the issue.

Would one of you want to hop on our TS and help me out? We can freely pass files back and forth on there. Server address is ts3.nsaclan.com:7385

I don't have team speak, and am far from knowledgeable... I am a copy/paste fiend and am very good with clear instructions lol.... I removed that attachment because the file would have to be edited anyways, it had my bliss ids.

Here is where I added the code into the Description.ext and the init.sqf

Init.SQF (this goes towards the very bottom)

I agree with those before me, today I began wondering if there was a way of removing people from my server's ban list.

Its crazy, we need to be able to do it.

FTP access would be great, i'm not entirely sure why you are not offering it?
