I have always been a fan, but lately I've been getting bored of it, too many hackers, too many people bitching about hackers, too many people doing stupid shit with the excuse that there are hackers, or that people alt-f4, or whatever they want to use to justify their bullshit. I must admit, reading these forums certainly doesn't help the moral.Anyway, I updated yesterday and had the time of my DayZ life last night. I got killed by hackers, at least 3 times that I can remember, but it was the fun times I had and amazing people I met in between those deaths that really made me remember why I can't get enough of DayZ.I know the hackers suck, but when you give up, they win. If I did, I probably wouldn't have started playing DayZ. Because, a hacker killing you or a guy hiding the bushes with an m107. To me, it's the same thing, I'm dead, end of story.I find dayz plays the best when you "sit back and enjoy the ride" rather than strive for something grand. There's been so many times where I've died with best gear in the game, and not 5 minutes later I find all the best stuff again. I've met lots of people (ingame) who are all stressed out about having to get somewhere to meet their friends, or getting an item back after death. Lots of people are setting themselves up for disappointment, the hackers are just really fucking rubbing it in. Meaning they're winning all the time.Also this thread is even more useless than all the "I quit" threads combined.
