DayZ is unplayable!!!

So i've been doing this list. this hacking list on dayZ bookmarking my playtimes this week take a look at this.

Monday - Friday

Server1 playtime 8 minutes before hackers killed the entire server

Server2 playtime 11 minutes before hackers killed the entire server

Server3 playtime 16 minutes before hackers killed the entire server

Server4 playtime 5 minutes before hackers killed the entire server

server5 playtime 10 seconds before hackers killed the entire server

server6 playtime 3 minutes before hackers killed the entire server

the list goes up to 34 servers so i don't think you're interessted in reading it all. But it's all the same thing. A couple of minutes in and everyone gets teleported and killed. i havent seen one single hack free server.

this has gotten WAYYYY out of hand now and dayZ is basicly unplayable. the only thing you do while playing dayZ is to run on a road for a couple of minutes before getting killed by hackers.

it's not even a game anymore. dayZ was one of the best games of all time untill this shitstorm started happening. now all you can say about dayZ is that it's an road running simulator

Why isnt anyone doing anything? there must be some way to prevent all theese hackers from destroying the game. rocket must have lost half of his players by now.

I think you're full of shit.. I've been playing for 2 months on probably 20-30 different servers and i've only been killed by a hacker once...

I must be a lucky man.. 3 months play, present character 48 days old.. not encounter a single hacker.

Always play on public European servers with cross-hairs & 3rd person view off.

Maybe hackers don't like hardcore servers?

It is being worked on, the problem is that the engine allows for this sort of thing.

Contrary to popular belief, it is not as easy to fix things as it is to complain about them not being fixed.

I suggest you wait for the standalone or find some other servers to play on.

I tend to agree with this guy. Well I'm not saying there's too much hacking going on but I don't feel it's unplayable, I'm currently on day 39 playing on probably more than 40 different servers in that time.

All I'd say is they ARE doing something about it - they are developing a completely stand alone game system. The current system can't be regulated because of intricate systems within the ARMA 2 engine and the way the Day Z mod works. This mod is presently operating outside it's intended capacity and popularity. All I'd say is anyone who is unhappy and feels the game is unplayable should just simply stop playing and stop posting pointless repetitive rage posts. Everyone here is well aware by now that there are issues to be dealt with and it's incredibly likely that these issues will be addressed in the full stand alone release.
