Help me, stucked in the debug plains!

Two and a half weeks ago i got stucked in the debug plains.

When I die, I respawn at the same spot. Same when i log out and log in.

Once, I ran east for an hour, but then the server restarted.

Later that evening i tried again. But after one hour i lost internet connection.

And one night i also tried to just put the game on "auto run". When i woke up i saw my character in the ocean swimming with the sign "session lost". And when i switched server i spawned at the debug plains again.

I have two tickets on the support under the name troubleshooting, one that has been there for two weeks and one that has been there for about one week. But not yet answered.

I have checked every link on the three first pages on google but no one is helpful.

So can anyone help me get out of the debug plains without running for a great amount of time, please? :beans:
