DayZ not working ? Please Help

Hi, guys i just downloaded arma2 operations arrowhead, and i got the six launcher but when i go to launch dayZ it comes up with Data file too short 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\ArmA 2\addons\air2.pbo'. Expected 285781947 B, got 73400320 B

I also cant play Arma2 OA

If you purchased the game via steam, did you at the very least run both arma 2 and arma operation arrowhead first, thats something many people forget to do.

what SheriffHD says, try to run both ArmA2 and ArmA2:OA at least once.. I'll just add that you may need to start steam as administrator before that
