I was with a M4A1 Holo and a M14 that i get in one guy dead and for about 30mins i got banned? wtf?

Global or server? If global, it's because you hacked. Battleye does not give out bans that they aren't 100% sure about, they could get in serious legal trouble if they did. Maybe not serious, but definitely legal trouble.

You also have one post, which won't help in your "I swearz i wasn haxin" argument.

if not, then you need to contact the admin of the server you were banned from directly.
