Time. GMT on server ?

I'm playing on a UK server, and the Admin whos a Friend has a tried a number of times to sort out the time in game so that its around GMT+1 or 2 in a nut shell we want some Night Time Play when GMT is around 9 or 10pm.

Can some one walk me through the process of how to set the time to this range, as I wana try and help him sort this time crap out.

I should say he had it right once or twice but after a mid day reset it would screw up again. currently as I recall the time is about 6 hours out.

It's taken from the server time, which you can change in your server settings if you have access to them? It sounds like the account you're changing it with either doesn't have enough permissions to change the box time or you have it set to automatically get the time from an internet service.
