Spawning/loading screen VERY LONG?

Is anyone else recently start getting very long loading times? I used to get into a game in 30 seconds up to a minute, now I minimize and come back 10 minutes later to find its not done loading. What the hell?

It depends on the server. Sometimes, it goes fast. Other times, really really REALLY slow.

Yes just recently, meaning today, I have been waiting for a good 10 minutes on every server I have tried to join... <_<

My load times increases the longer the server has been playing for. After a restart the servers are zippy as. We have three main servers we play on because of this and generally join just after a restart.

Just keep trying different servers. I waited for 20-minutes to get in on the weekend on one server, but then i tried another one and spawned in about 15-seconds.

Maybe try lower populated servers too, could help a bit?

It should also be noted that if you join a server that has a different Day Z version than you have installed (and many servers update the info in the server details inaccurately or slowly) you may hang on an indefinitely load screen. In these situations, the next time you load into a server correctly, you may spawn in noob spawn place (i.e. the coast.)

Not sure if this is exactly what you're getting, but I've had this problem for a long time now.
