Let me break it down for you;

1. Why does it matter if the military prefer PS3 for virtually non-gaming reasons? If you answer this for the overall quality of hardware, which you did in a previous post;

2. You said it yourself, your focus is gaming related fixes

There's no hacking on counsoles. There's no piracy on counsoles. There's montage program on counsoles so you can send mails with your sniper kills to youtube and facebook and become popular. Furthermore the controller is superior to clunky keyboard in any way possible. And you don't need to upgrade counsole every 3 years for $1000 because PC hardware gets old and outdated very fast. Counsole games are always optimized and run without lag.

3. Your source are Blogs, they may have truth, but they are written as someone's opinions. Relating back to question 1, opinions that are irrelevant.

4. Don't think that I don't realise you're a troll. I am still hoping that you truly are this stupid though.

Yes. There's some hacking on counsoles but still it's about 0.1% compared to every PC game that always gets hacked. I don't talk about BE specifically but about PC gaming in general. You must admit that every game on PC has huge ammount of hackers and cheaters. Every popular game has montage so you can send your montages in mail so you promote yourself and the game at the same time so it is a good thing in every way possible. Next gen counsoles will rip apart every PC for 5 years at least. Counsoles are much superior to PC hardware. Even US military admits it. They have built supercomputer with counsoles. ROFL, and that project failed spectacularly. Due to power requirements and the fact that they COULDN'T upgrade anything. They wasted millions on Ps3s, and literally less then a year later they could build the same thing with less footspace and power/cooling requirements AND it could be upgraded with REAL PC components if needed. once the horde is killed then spawn another and repeat the process from an other random point on the map

Developers can concentrate on creating the game itself rather than bug hunting why this hardware configuration works and another doesn't. That's why we get many games and rich content on counsoles and nothing on PC. If the developers are kind enough then they make a port to the PC so those who don't own the counsole won't cry a river.

For example, on counsole there will be never that situation like in DayZ where ATI cards render night pitch black and nVidia owners just increase their brightness and see like it's a daylight.

You're correct in the sense the that customization/upgradability of PCs is a double edged sword. In some situations it's incredibly helpful. Developers can develop the game they want (not limited by unified hardware) and then allow users to scale back quality to console levels if they don't have a great PC. But, there's certainly the added disparity of the multitudes of hardware/drivers/etc.

It is not universally bad like you seem to think, though. The end result of the extra work for a PC game is one that has more depth with better graphics. All console cames are capped from the get go with fixed hardware, limiting their graphics and capabilities.

For the record, I own all 3 current gen consoles (PS3, XBox360, Wii). I use them as social gaming platforms for when friends come over. PCs are setup for a singular user, not a social gathering (although PCs' online play is superior). Console games are designed for short experiences/attention spans that are perfect for the social environment. They work great in that capacity.

Other than that niche area, I just don't see the purpose of my consoles. They collect dust in the absence of company. So you can certainly retract your "so those who don't own the console won't cry a river".

Any other arguments for me to shoot down?

Game developers for consoles have been saying themselves for years that PC tech is superior and some are even angry about how there isn't a new console out as the current ones aren't powerful enough to innovate with. Some are even looking to the future consoles and saying "that's just not good enough".

Everyone with half a brain who knows even the slightest about computers or consoles knows that consoles are mid-high end computers on release that VERY quickly get outdated and outpaced by modern computers. Sometimes they are even released inferior and have a hard time running games that shouldn't BECAUSE of poor optimization and wasting of good tech (look at you PS3). But this guy is so hard headed and young (I assume he's young because he talks that way) he doesn't realise this which is really sad but funny to.

We didn't get lucky. this is normal. Though it may be glorifying both sides of the consoles vs pc but it proves as long as games like mass effect exist, PC gaming is at the least, on par with consoles if not better.

PC gaming isn't dead and not also that. PC tech is ahead. (console or pc is still your preference which I will not argue with)

FYI: I could list so many more games, DotA 2, Guild Wars etc etc, but hey...its 4am now..

You didn't shoot any argument here. Developers are always limited by current hardware. It doesn't matter if it is PC or counsole. And your statement about social gathering is applied only to you. If your counsoles are sitting in the attic all the time it doesn't mean that all other millions of counsole owners use them the same way.

People always complain. People love to complain. They will say that Windows sucks, that DirectX sucks and everything else in between. People in the military were saying all the time how bad army does everything. Now I have a civilian job and people complain how the rules and routines were better in the army than in the company.
