I just want to put this idea out there.Shoes- being able to find shoes that effect your speed, and whether you can get sick from not wearing any, thus needing antibiotics. Or that people would have the option to take their shoes off?Why?..How about different clothing as items. For example finding a winter coat gives you +10 degrees temperature or something. IDK...
