What in game time does the sun go down / come up exactly?

As the topic header suggests, I am looking for some info on the day night cycle. I am suprised that this information isn't more freely avalible, but my searches turned up nothing specific. Questions are :

1) what time does it get dark in game (I suspect its around 8pm, but can anyone give me a specific time)

2) what time does the sun come up in the game?

Does anyone know exactly when these events happen? I assume its fixed for all servers (except those private hives that have adjusted their day night cycle)

Gets dark around 8:30, pitch black by 9 PM.

Sun rises at roughly 5 (You can start to see a bit more at 4:30) and i would say is fully bright by 5:30-6 AM)
