The biggest worry is spamming and abuse of making these things. Although it would make it more realalstic.. Cause we can build trenches in just a few hours with a shovel in real life.. Imagine hiding in your cave with your buddies, a fire burning nicely and some wild boar cooking. Maybe even having a nice cuppa tea. Then suddenly a group of players discover your bolt hole and steam down all guns blazing forcing you to open fire in defense.
