Server Controls, why do I get kicked when logged in?

Hi guys, just a quick one.

Can anyone give me any serious explanation to why I can't seam to go into server controls when LOGGED IN as an admin.

is there something wrong here?

Thanks, does the 'exec ban' actually work? Got a guy trying to spawn vehicles but he can still get access. Does the server need restarting when his ID has been added to 'ban.txt'?
