Precious 0 Posted September 3, 2012 Hey, my friend asked me to borrow him my steam account so he can download the Arma 2 and the Arma 2 OA. I´m wondering if thats possible, so that he only uses my steam account once to download the files, because Steam is not needed to play DayZ, right? SmashT 10907 Posted September 3, 2012 (edited) AFAIK It would work, but DayZ uses your OA cd key, so you will both be using the same DayZ account/character, you won't be able to play at the same time and whatever your friend does with the account would also affect you.
