Global ban for unknown reason

I have been globally banned for an unknown reason, now a couple of friends of mine confirmed global bans are the result of hacking. I have not hacked and neither would I attempt to as of only buying the game under 72 hours ago. I have been ill for the past two days, so i've been unable to play the game, I am shocked that I have been banned for something I did not do (Hack).

- A friend asked if you found any "Suspicious crates", I said I found a crate in Elektro with numerous amount of weapons and everything you need to survive, I obviously like a fool, took as much as I could possibly take and headed my separate ways, to get run down my a vehicle, I didn't even have a chance to look behind to see it, it had already killed me lol.

I don't know what ban I have as my friend read out the info when I joined the game " Player Jake has been globally banned, "have you been hacking jake lol"?(Sarcasm)

- I logged back on today to find that I have been banned, I presume knew that already but what do I have to do to lift this ban as I was not hacking and people who I play with can confirm this as I get killed by hackers all the time....
