How to get DayZ again. ((Banned by a hacker))

So unfourtantly a hacker got my CD-KEY and went on a spree which got my account banned. As upset as I am it kills me not to be playing anymore, I saw a post that all you have to do is buy ArmA2 OA on a diffrent steam account then just run six launcher and you get a new cd-key? Is this true? If not does anyone have any other help?

First, secure your PC..

But yeah, buy another CD key for OA only.. and find a CD-Key replacer, which does not come with a CD-Key stealer :)

you could buy retail, i got my OA on amazon for 15 bucks. just got to look around places have deals on the retail keys

DayZ uses your OA cd key, all you need to do is run the new copy of OA and it will update in the registry.

Just to clarify, I create a new steam account Buy ArmA2 OA run it to the menu, then just use six launcher? All do I do something else?

You don't need to creat a new steam acct, just reinstall OA using the new key.

I really dont want to be a daffel but can you please explain it? Do I buy the game again on my same account. Then just launch it or do I unistall my old Arma2 OA then install my new one? Im really confused on what Im doing.

Right now ive added the OA to my cart but I cant checkout because it says "You already own this game" And *Purchase for myself* Is grayed out?
