valkyries 12 Posted June 11, 2012 Hey,I play with an large older mature group of guy's. We are all friends and trust each other especially. We usually play daily on a single server, where equipment is, ext. It's a North America Server so if you are Eu then your ping will be to high.We also have a teamspeak, we have all added each other on steam for easy contact. If anyone is looking for some friends out in there we will have you.It would be very nice if you did have a mic. It's hard to play with a silenced follower. If you want to join us please either Pm me a message or post below before sending my a friend request on steam. I won't accept a friend request if you have not let me know who you are on the forums.Good luck out there~Steam: Internalshade01Nickname: ValkyrieIf one does not work, try the other. Henyo10 23 Posted June 12, 2012 I'm from the Philippines (GMT+8) but my connection to US servers are quite stable. I have a mic and skype/TS. I've been meaning to join a group and this looks promising.
Cyanide (DayZ) 0 Posted June 12, 2012 If im not mistaken ping doesn't affect your gameplay because of server-side hitbox detection or something. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Your machine tells the server the zombie was shot (because it was on your screen). Server side would result in players shooting the crap out of zombies, and the server says they missed, and the zombie nibbles on you because you have 'Lag aim'.
