No vehicles in server

Is it possible there are absolutly no vehicles on a server? Me and my friend ran for hours today, checking a lot of spawnplaces for vehicles but couldnt find any, not even a bycicle. Then we went north en ran for about 2 hours checking all the hill tops and sides, but still no single vehicle was found. Is it possible there are no vehicles what so ever on a server?

Servers do occasionally bug out causing every vehicle/tent to temporarily vanish, often they will reappear again at the next restart.

Either that or someone has hidden them all.

Well there werent any tents in the wildernis either, but their were a few tents inside a fire station and the offices.
