Found Soldier Clothing, lost backpack and all my stats

I found Soldier clothing, put it on and suddenly my backpack and all of my stats are gone. waat?

uh ya that's common. You must be a noob. Drop your backpack on the ground before putting on any clothing or it will delete your backpack sometimes, it also clears your debug stats. Usually if you sign into another server it'll bring your stats back.

you don't need to log in a different server to have your stats restored. next log in=stats back.

yeah sometimes changing clothes does that..but pay attention to where you drop your backpack..try before with a casual item you don't care, then pick it up again and leave the backpack

I think it is hacked, is that the red-ish camo? (desert camo I assume) the only people I have seen wearing that is hackers, he had 8 dead bodies all within a few yards of each other with AS50 TWS, so I think it is safe to assumke it is hacked, but I might be wrong.

If you find it on a regular spawn, I think it would be legit. But if it's in a player tent, I'd 'nade the tent.

EDIT: That is if it's soldier clothing. Camo clothing is completely legit.

true camo is totally legit but thats camo pants and olive t shirt. Soldier outfit is soldier gear with helmet they are different

The soldier clothing (not the camo) is hacked in.

Last time I killed a hacker who was wearing one (because even with his hacked in fancy gear he still totally sucked at shooting :P), he apparently got pissed off and mass-killed the entire server.

So, it's probably best just to DC on any sign of that clothing and go to another server.

Secondly, if you put on any clothing after recently picking up a backpack, it tends to revert your backpack to the previous one. Maybe even sometimes make it disappear. It happens, the game just bugs. (I've never had the backpack disappear due to change of clothes when I have had the same backpack since joining the server though. Thus, I assume it has something to do with the recent backpack pickup. But could be just random luck.)

Also, sometimes the game just randomly loses all your stuff, etc. with no apparent reason. It happens.
